Our Journey to the Sky is a spiritual nonfiction book that guides the reader to connect to something larger than oneself. The author engaged me to design her self-published work and wanted an accessible yet elegant cover that was ethereal and hopeful. We chose the symbolism of the sky to convey freedom. The final design succeeded in helping the author sell to metaphysically curious independent bookstores on both US coasts.
